The Taste of Summer

Got a huge mess of beat greens simmering on the stove. They are almost done. Will just warm them up again at dinner time and serve them up with some fresh bread and butter, nugget potatoes, and a grilled hamburger slightly charred on the BBQ.

Oh, I know, it doesn't do anything for most of you but me? Well, hell, I could make a dinner just out of the beat greens because if you are from New England it just doesn't get any better than that!
